Where can I find the results of my Exam?

All the results and statistics of an Exam can be found on the right side of your Exam dashboard. Select Results on this page:

Results per session

When you go to the Results tab you'll find a list of all the sessions of your Exam:

For each session the following information can be viewed:

Date and time the participant started the session.
Name and email address (if you enabled this option in Participant data).
Whether the Exam was completed or not.
The final score (percentage) and the grading category (Passed/Failed).
The certificate status.

To view more detailed statistics of a session you can click on the More actions icon (three gray dots next to each session) and select View details. This will take you to the following page:

Why Quizzes?

Gamified quizzes are basically short questionnaires given with the objective of testing the knowledge people have about a topic, and helping them learn about it at the same time. Allowing multiple attempts can make the quizzes work like memory games. You remember you got a certain answer wrong the first time, so now you know you need to try a different answer.

What does the number of 'participant sessions' per month mean?

One of the distinctive features of Easy LMS is that we don't charge per participant. That means you don't need to add users in advance before sharing your tests and courses. If you want to add participants, that is possible too, but not necessary.

This means you can publish the content you create with Easy LMS on your website, social media page, share it via text message, etc., without adding participants each time. Your participants can self-register or just take the tests anonymously.

| However, we do have a limit of accesses, or participant sessions per month, per account.

What is a 'participant session'?

A participant session is an Exam, Course, Assessment or Quiz session or attempt (completed or not). You can view and download your sessions per content type at the Results tab of your tests or courses. As explained above, the session may contain participant data or be anonymous.

The first thing you need to do is create an account. Don't have one yet? Please read this article.

Now, select the Course option in your dashboard.

1. Name your Course

Now that you have an account, we can proceed with creating your first Course. This is done in a few easy steps:

Go to the Courses tab on your dashboard
Click on the + New course button
Enter the title of your Course and click + New course again (don't worry, you can change the name later)
Optional: Enter the introduction text for your Course
Optional: Upload your own background image

2. Start creating your slides

The most important part of your online Course are the Slides. In this section you'll learn how to build them.

Go to the Slides tab of your newly created Course. The page will look like this:

Exams

Exams are perfect for creating more serious tests to test someone's knowledge.

The typical characteristics of an Exam include:

You can randomize questions from a question bank.
You can give feedback on each question, and on each separate answer if you'd like.
Score depends on the points for each correctly answered question.
Score is given as a percentage.
You can award certificates for any particular score.
You can add a timer for the whole Exam or per question.
