You may wish to cancel your Easy LMS subscription (temporarily or permanently). Here's how you can do that:

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your subscription, you would just have to log in to your account and go to My account > Subscription > Cancel my subscription.

Will my data still be there if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, change your credit card information, or upgrade to a higher plan, nothing will happen to your learning content, participant data and session results. You will only lose access to the paid features of your subscription.

Your data will only disappear if you take the action of deleting it by yourself. To delete your account, go to My Account > Delete Account.
