Changing the credit card with the help of a consultant

Contact support via chat and let us know you want to change your credit card.
We will place your account on a different status (because then the system won't block you from buying a subscription that you already have).
Let the consultant know when you've completed the payment. The consultant will extend your subscription with the time that was remaining for your previous one. 😃

Changing the credit card by yourself

The process to change the credit card info can be done as follows:

Check your subscription renewal date in My account > Subscription.
Cancel your subscription just before your renewal date (so you don't get charged on your "old" credit card again).
Purchase a "new" subscription with the new credit card info (don't worry, that won't affect your learning content).

Your content and data will be unaffected by either option.
