You have several options for sharing your Quiz, Course, or Assessment. Find out more in this article!

There are three ways that you can give your participants access to your content:

Embed your content into your website.
Copy and paste the URL to an email, social media site, WhatsApp, or another channel. You can also create a QR code with the URL of the test!
Invite people to take your content by sending them emails with a unique link and password (this option is only available for Business Owl plans or above).
Share your content via Academy , a landing page you can fully brand with your company logo, fonts, and colors and publish your Courses and Exams to specific groups there.

1. Embed the test or course into your website

It works in the same way that you would integrate a YouTube video into your website.

Where to find the embed code

You can find the Embed code on the Publish tab of your test.

You can simply copy and paste this code into the source code of your website.

Please check this article to find out more about embedding your test into your website. In case you have any issues with the embedding, check out this article for troubleshooting.

2. Share the direct URL of the test or course

Where to find the URL

The link can also be found on the Publish tab of your test:

You can copy and paste the URL to an email, social media site, WhatsApp, or any other channel of your choice.

3. Use our invite-only feature

This option is available for Exams and Courses but not for Quizzes or Assessments.

You can share your learning content securely with a specific group of people, whose names and email addresses are known to you, using the invitation feature.

Exams

Go to the Access tab, and select a predefined group of participants:

From the Access tab, you can add the participants you would like to invite to your test:

You can add a single participant or an existing participant one at a time, or you can add participants in bulk by using a CSV file. We recommend that you download and use the sample CSV file provided if you want to add participants in bulk.

The next step is to edit the invitation email on the Send Email tab. Please leave all the {terms} unchanged, the system will insert the right information based on each specific participant:

You can then go to the Send sub-menu of the Send Email tab, where you can either send the invitations or issue reminder emails. Participants will be provided with a direct link to the test and a unique password.

Courses

Go to the Participant data tab, and select Only by invite in the Participant details field:

Don't forget to click Save at the bottom of the page!

Now go to the Participants sub-menu of the Participant management tab, where you can add the participants you would like to invite to your test:

You can add a single participant or an existing participant one at a time, or you can add participants in bulk by using a CSV file. We recommend that you download and use the sample CSV file provided if you want to add participants in bulk.

The next step is to edit the invitation email. Please leave all the {terms} unchanged, the system will insert the right information based on each specific participant:

You can then go to the Send invitations sub-menu of the Participant data tab, where you can either send the invitations or issue reminder emails. Participants will be provided with a direct link to the test and a unique password.

Note that there is a limit to the number of invitations you can send per day, and your rate limit depends on your subscription type.

4. Share your content via Academy

If the Academy is active for your account (it's an add-on the Business and Corporate Owl plans, and it's included in the Enterprise Owl plan), you can create a group of participants in the Groups tab. You can use the groups as folders of courses. They can be departments in your company or even groups of Courses/Exams:

After adding participants to each group, you can assign learning content to the groups by going inside each Group > Learning content:

You can go to the Learning content tab to assign the same material to different groups:

That's it! Time to get sharing!
