There are many possibilities when it comes to editing your account information.

If you go to your dashboard and click on your name on the upper right corner of the screen, you'll see a drop-down menu with a list of options for your account:

Let's take a look at some of these options!

My account

On the Account page, you can edit your Account name, change the Correspondence email address, select the Preferred language, set your Account timezone, and add an Account avatar image. You can also set up your Company Profile by entering your Goal, Company size, Industry, and Your role in the company.

Please note that it's possible to have a different email address for your account, profile and invoices (and those can be changed too). That could explain any trouble you may be having accessing your account - you may have used a different email address for the login 😉)
On the Profile page you can edit your personal username (that appears on the home page and dashboard) and your personal login credentials (email address and password).
On the Administrators page you can add, remove, manage, and request more administrators for your account.
On the Invoice Info page you can adjust your invoice address, phone number and email address etc.
On the Subscription page you can view, upgrade, or cancel your subscription.


You can view and print your invoices (generate PDFs) from the Invoices page.

Advanced setup

Here you can manage your API Access and Single sign on (SSO) settings.
